Notes

Bring 2.5 gallons to boil and stir in light LBE. Bring back to boil and add US Gold hops, then boil 40 minutes. Add remaining DME and sugars and boil 5 minutes. Add remaining hops and boil 10 minutes.  Cool to between 64 and 70 degrees, top off to 5 gallons and add yeast.
