racked off rasberries after 3 weeks. added a 3 table spoons pastureised honey put in hall way cupboard.
1kg of tawari honey. 150gm manuka honey. 300gsm ellies honey. boiled 2 lt water. pasturized honey. added carboy. topped up with cool water. cooled. 20c. 700 gm raspberries after couple weeks
