Boil Volume: 3 gal. Boil Length: 60 min. Target Volume: 5 gal.

Notes

Bring to boil -> kill heat.  Add 2 lb. LME, return to boil. 
Hops/Misc.: Bittering at 60min, Add Flavoring and Bittering hops at 15min. 
After Boil add remaining 4 lb. LME. Cool to 80F using ice bath or chiller. Pour into primary, add water to 5 Gal. Aerate vigorously. Measure OG. Pitch liquid yeast directly in at 75F.
