Notes

Use 7.25 gallons of 163° water and mash at 156° for 60 min. Drain water to get 6.5 gallons of pre-boil wort. 
Use 2 vials of liquid yeast or 1 vial and a 2L starter. 
Can use WY1968 or Windsor Ale Yeast (dry)
For "smoked" Porter use 1# Crystal 60L and 8oz smoked malt.
