Notes

Mash at 157°f for 90 min. Mashout at 170°f
Roasted 3 cans pumpkin puree at 350° with 1lb brown sugar on top for 1hour then added into mash.
Brewed on 9-06-16 OG 1.070
Racked to secondary on 9-14-16 FG 1.013. Added 24 oz of pumpkin pie tincture (2 small pumpkin pie spice and rest vodka sitting for 2weeks). Racked to kegs on 9-29-16. Great recipe
