mash in 156. 75 mins 150 SG 1030. 165 15 1032. converts to 1051 pre boil. mash efficiency 75%. 24 hrs fermenting well. tried dry hopping using the filter but it didn't flow through the hops. would need a mesh screen. dumped the in the keg then filtered that. clogged the outflow. would need a screen there too. tasted a lot like us05 coming off the yeast cake, bit improved quickly once chilled and clear. I think most of the hop flavour came from the dry hop. 1 week and holding the hop flavour well. tastes green hopped.
