Mix 1/2 lb Brown Sugar into 3 lbs. canned pumpkin and bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
Place baked pumpkin in pot and cool to 155° w/ 3/4g h20.
Mash in grains - 4.5 gal of 178° h2o.
Mash temp - 154° -->> 150° for 1 hour.
Mash out - 2.5 gal boiling h2o for 10 minutes to 162°.
Pull off 2.5 gal wort and boil, add back to 171°.
Fly sparge with 3 gal 190° h2o to collect 6.75 gal wort.
Pre-boil = 1.058
