Mash at 145°f for 15min raise to 155°f for 45 min.
mashout at 168°f for 5min.
Brewed on 10-24-16 OG 1.080, used 3oz citra whole in hopback.
Racked to secondary on 10-29-16 and Added 3oz citra dry hop. Added 3oz amarillo on 10-30-16.
Racked to kegs on 11-02-16.
started carbing on 3-14- 2016 at 1730, finished on 3-17 at 1000 awesome beer!
