142 g total hops. 2.36g/minute over 60 minute boil

going to attempt late malt addition as well. all extra light at beginning. light 15 minutes in and half dme. remaining  dme at 45 min.

pulled wort aside to avoid overflow. kept at boil in second pot until volume decreased. 

Added Orange Zest at flameout
