strike water 6.5gal 174f..mash 143f 30min, 150f 60min..sparged 6gal 180f..mash brix 23.2 and sg 1.092 and 150f about half barrel..need to calibrate my kettle..when we transferred to fermenter the og was only 1.072 at 68f..final Brix 9 abv 7.5%..kegging 1/4/2015
