Used hop back for 2-2-2oz./ 5gal. of 0 min hops.
Brewed on 11-06-14 OG 1.091
Racked to secondary on 11-18-14 FG 1.020. added 800ml of water on 11-24-14 to 2/3 (10gal.) to help with losses. 11-30-14 added .9 oz of dry hops to each 5gal. and racked the last 5 gal with 800ml of water to secondary.
Racked to keg on 12-06-14, used hop rocket with 3oz whole hops per 5 gal.
