OG: 1.054 pitched one packag of yeast temp set to heat to 72 a little wort left in kettle after filling carboy, decrease grain absorbtion rate? fermentation within 12 hours, temp risen to 74 slowly raise to 90 after 5 days bottled 10/16 fg 1.009 5.95% abv nice flavor, not as peppery as 2013. Seemed quite estery at first but sttled down after a few weeks. Nice dry finish, |
