Notes

Brewed on 9-28-12, used muslim grain bags for pumpkin and grains and mashed for 1 hour around 152f smells really good ....added about a liter of cold water, OG 1.074.  
Racked to secondary on 10-09-12 FG 1.016.
racked to keg on 10-19-12 tasted good.
Next time need to add more spice but overall was good with definite pumpkin flavor.
