Notes

Fun brew. Way outside of style guidelines.

Need B-glucan rest for 30 minutes at 122F to break down gums in the oats.

60 min mash at 150F.

60 min boil.

Cocoa nibs soaked in vodka to sanitize prior to use. May need to be toasted at 350F for up to an hour to release oils (not done this time.)

Use 1 cup Hershey chocolate syrup to prime.
