PARTIGYLE:
- Use first runnings (6.5 gals) for IIPA
- Second + third runnings (11.5 gals) for NW Red Ale
- STRIKE: 9.5 gals. @ 174.5F (IIPA wort)
- MASH: 151F for 60 mins.
- SPARGE: 11.5 gals. @ 180F (NW Red wort)
- Toss in an extra 1 lb. 2-row & 8 oz. C-90 when sparging; let rest for 30 mins.
BOIL:
* Hop schedule listed is for both the IIPA & the NW Red (except that NW Red is only a 60 min boil, so start hop additions from there)

FERMENT:
Ferment at 65F
- split batch between 2 yeasts listed (5 gals of IIPA & 10 gals of NW Red)
- 500mL-ish of 2nd gen. yeast slurry rinsed & repitched from Young Buck APA (IIPA will get Mangrove Jack's British Ale Yeast, NW Red will get US-05)
