Notes

90 min boil good. Maybe should have rinsed hops socks on sparge to get all the oils.   Chilled to 69 in 30 min.  With chiller.  Nice.  Next morning strong activity.  Day 2-3. Still steady bubbles.  1.090 og.  Smells like fresh oranges from the fermenter.
