Ingredients--Breiss Pilsen Light DME

Brewed in the garage using full volume boil methods

Used standard procedure for steeping specialty grains.  Final temp was 145 F.

Used modified version of Brewing Classic Styles Through a Dark Mildly recipe.  Modifications were made to streamline measurements and use up existing inventory.nnPitched yeast at about 64 F.nnMy measurement of OG matched that predicted by the website:  1.044.
