Add toasted bread to mash. Mash at 155°F. Boil 20 minutes. Hop pellets are optional. Ferment until done. Transfer to an 11.3 liter secondary carboy, and top up to the neck with boiled, cooled water. After 2 weeks, siphon to a bottling bucket, and bottle with 45 gm sugar. Once bottles are carbonated, refrigerate and drink...no aging! |
